please help, I have bought a Swift road bike from Naaim Saal. when he brought the bike to be viewed I picked up a fault with the crank and informed him about it. he told me it must be the pedal and he would replace it. I paid for the bike in full and he brought the bike back with 'new' pedals but the problem was still there. I said I would take it to a cycle shop and would let him know the outcome. the outcome was that the crank was buggered. he promised to refund me. then he promised to fix it and collected the bike in January 2016. I still cant get hold of him. he doesn't respond to any of my calls or messages.  I know he rides for the Star Cycle Team in Cape Town. Can anyone please help?  regards
